I am adding this after several good years of business with you fine folks who ride the stars. The original introduction is below in blue. The beautifull twin on the left below and her wonderfull husband both have served in Iraq. In fact he is on his third tour as I write this. There was is no way for me to express how it felt to put my arm around my daughter when she returned. Nor is there any way for me to get across what it would mean to me for him to come out of there. I hope I never have to find out how it feels to get one of those telegrams saying that someone who means that much to me is comming home early. When I learned hacklers were hastling the families of our fallen soldiers, my heart broke. How hard would it be to have that grief and have to put up with that. For that reason I have chosen to ride in the Patriot Guard. It is an honor to stand between those self richous idiots and the families of our fallen heros.

Another year has passed and now I need to make another adjustment to about us. Paul B Benningfield is my son in law. He is refered to above having served in Iraq. Well that is an understatement. He first served in Desert Storm under the first Bush administration. Then under this one he has been deployed two more times to Bagdad. He commanded a Hum V through the trechorus streets of Bagdad on his second tour to the area. After his unit took a hit from a roadside bomb he was awarded the Purple Heart for his injuries. Then the Bronze Star for his heroics in action. I am very proud to announce he has purchased 50% of sxygramps.com. He will not be very active at this time and will be in the background learning all the ins and outs as he finishes up a 20 year career in the US Army First Calvery Division. At which time he will hopfully take over while I ride around and look good. O well I can dream.

I ride a Road Star myself, and for that reason this really excites me. In fact the sheer beauty and quality of the Star series for the price is why I chose to buy one. And to meet people with the same appreciation for it all gathered together is awesome.

And now I enjoy making things for mine. My riding buddies suggested that I sell them on Ebay which I have been doing for some time now. Being self employed works in just fine with this idea. The name Sxygramps has been mine for years. I have used it on line since my first grandchild was born. That was when I was 38 years old, and after I got over the shock of being a grandpa so young I took the name my girls---> gave me and went with it "SXYGRAMPS". I am now in my 50's and have 12 grandchildren (see some below) And will not be considered nearly as sexy as I thought I was Laugh out loud!

If you got through all this bull then I salute you. I wanted to introduce myself because i am looking forward to making many new friends here. We hope you like our products. We have lots of great feedback. I will be posting my products and buying others from you guys (and Gals) from time to time. Looking forward to many years of friendships.
